The Today screen in the light lavender theme: Good evening, Maya. Week 24, with the baby about the size of a 12-inch ruler and 112 days to go. Below are a prompt to add a prenatal vitamin, the next appointment (a glucose screening tomorrow at 9:00 AM), 1,414 calories left with net carbs, protein and fat bars, and water and caffeine cards.

It follows your stages

Expecting

  • A Pregnancy tab with your week, your baby's size and your weight-gain range.
  • Targets switch to pregnancy levels: at least 175 g of carbs, extra calories in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters, and caffeine under 200 mg.
  • Foods to avoid are held out of your plan.

Baby's here

  • One "Baby's here" tap records the birth.
  • The Pregnancy tab becomes the Baby tab: feeds, pumping, bottles, diapers, growth, a daily check-in, trends and awards.
  • Your targets switch to nursing levels.

After baby

  • Baby tracking can be turned off. The meal planner, recipes and food logging carry on.

Twins and more, older siblings and "pregnant again" are all handled.

Eat well without the math

  • Plan in one tap. Shuffle builds a week of meals to your targets. Lock the ones you like, and swap any single meal. Plan weeks ahead.
  • A real recipe book. 773 meals and 623 step-by-step recipes. Scale any recipe from a half batch to four, then cook from your phone or print it for the counter.
  • Your own recipes. A builder with 450 ingredients, or import from a recipe website.
  • Groceries that write themselves. The list builds from your plan, sorted by aisle, and can export to Apple Reminders.
  • Logging that forgives.
    • More than 900 everyday foods, including 45 restaurant chains.
    • Search that handles typos ("noodles" finds fettuccine).
    • A barcode scanner (Open Food Facts) and a nutrition label form.
  • Allergies are hard stops. Dislikes can hide meals or ask you first.
Week plan in the dark theme for October 12 to 18: daily targets of 175 g carbs, 100 to 130 g protein and 2,000 calories, a day picker, an On target badge for Sunday, and breakfast, snack and lunch with portions, carbs, protein, fat and calories, each with lock and swap buttons.

Safe while expecting

Built on FDA, CDC and ACOG guidance.

While you're expecting, the planner holds back meals flagged "avoid":

  • cold deli meat and cured meat
  • refrigerated smoked fish
  • raw fish or shellfish
  • high-mercury fish
  • liver
  • raw sprouts
  • alcohol
  • unpasteurized dairy

"Limit" foods (like albacore tuna) and cooking tips (cook steak to 145°F) show as badges instead.

Everything comes back after the baby.

The after-baby order

When sushi is hidden, the app tells you why and offers to save it for later. Pick what you've been missing: sushi, a cold sub, a charcuterie board, brie, a medium-rare steak, eggs Benedict. After the birth, the app drafts a text to your partner in one of three tones: Pay up, Official notice or Sweet.

Log food in the dark theme with a search for sushi. A note says raw fish sushi, sashimi and poke have been hidden from the results while you're expecting, citing FDA and CDC food-safety guidance, with a button to save them for the after-baby order. Cooked and vegetable sushi rolls are listed below with calories.
Searching for sushi while expecting
The After-baby order screen in the dark theme: Nine months of skipping things. Pick what you're craving, and once the baby is here we'll write the text that sends someone to get it. Mike is fetching it from Sakura Sushi, and the spicy tuna roll, salmon and tuna nigiri and ahi poke bowl are picked from the Sushi and raw bar list.
Picking the after-baby order
The after-baby text in the Pay up tone: Hey Mike. Our baby is here. I did the hard part, and nine months of no sushi ends today. Time to pay up. My order: • Spicy tuna roll • Ahi poke bowl • Salmon and tuna nigiri From: Sakura Sushi No substitutions. I'll be right here holding our baby.
The text, ready once the baby is here
The feeding timer in the blue ocean theme, timing a breastfeed: the right side at 2:36 and the left at 0:00, a 2:36 total, Pause and Finish buttons, links to fix the time or add a feed you didn't time, and a Diapers card with Wet, Poop and Both buttons.

The baby side

  • Feed timer: left and right side, pause, and "fix the time" if you forgot to stop it.
  • Pumping, bottles, diapers and growth.
  • Milk stash: fridge and freezer bags, oldest first.
  • The "Last" card: when was the last poopy diaper? At a glance.
  • Trends: 7, 14 and 30 days, plus a full editable history.
  • Daily check-in: mood, diapers, anything unusual. The app looks for links between what you ate and how your baby did. It's a pattern to bring to your pediatrician, not a diagnosis.

Ready for every visit

Four visit tools in the lavender theme: Readings (blood pressure, blood sugar and baby's heartbeat), Appointments (visits, questions and notes), Vitamins (prenatal and daily checklist) and Doctor notes (questions to bring to your next visit).

Appointments

Add your next visit, scan or lab, for you or for your baby, with when and where. Turn on Remind me for a heads-up the evening before and an hour ahead. Afterward, jot down what they said, any changes and when to go back.

Questions to ask

Write down questions as you think of them, one per line. At the visit they become a checklist you can tick off once you've asked each one.

Doctor notes

One list to bring to the doctor: your own questions and notes, plus anything your logs flagged in the last 30 days. Tick things off as you talk about them, add what the doctor said, and share or print the list.

Readings

If your doctor asked you to check at home, log your blood pressure and blood sugar with when you took them, and see how they're trending. You can also log your baby's heartbeat from an ultrasound or checkup, so it's kept with the rest of your pregnancy records.

Your doctor may give you different targets. Go by theirs. If something feels urgent, call your doctor or midwife now rather than waiting for the visit.

Made to encourage

Notes at the hard moments

After your first nursing session, during cluster feeds, after rough nights, and before your baby comes: "Ten weeks of carrying your baby. That's ten weeks of love, even on the days it didn't feel like much."

Secret notes

Hidden taps reveal messages like "Hey you. Yes, you. You're doing a beautiful job."

The heartbeat

Tap the heart on the week story, and your phone beats in your hand at your baby's heart rate from your last ultrasound.

Awards that matter

Your first 5 oz in the freezer, 100 oz, a gallon, back to birth weight.

Letters to your baby

Written week by week.

The Awards screen in the sage theme: First feed, earned October 18, 2026, with a note that ends Momma, you can do this; progress toward 25 feeds, 10 hours and one week of nursing; and First 5 ounces in the freezer, with progress toward 50 ounces frozen.

Private by design

  • Everything you log stays on your phone (and in your own backup).
  • No account. No sign-up.
  • Apple Health is optional and can be turned off.
  • The app goes online only when you ask: a barcode scan sends just the barcode number, and a recipe import fetches only the page you pasted.
  • No analytics, no ads and no third-party code. Read the privacy policy.

  • all logging (food, water, caffeine, baby)
  • every food-safety check

A planner and tracker, not a doctor.

Fed Together is a tracking tool, and its numbers are estimates. Check with your doctor, OB, midwife, lactation consultant or dietitian.

The app's first screen in the blush theme: A tracking tool, not a doctor. It says Fed Together helps you track your numbers but doesn't tell you what they should be, that numbers are estimates and that there are no promises about weight, and asks you to tick a box before getting started.
