These terms cover the Fed Together app for iPhone and the fedtogether.com website. Both are provided by Fed Together LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("we" or "us"). By using either one, you agree to these terms.

Not medical advice. Fed Together is a planner and tracker, not a doctor. Calorie and nutrient targets, food-safety notes, baby tracking and everything else in the app or on this site are general information and estimates. They aren't medical advice and don't replace your doctor, OB, midwife, pediatrician, lactation consultant or dietitian. Don't ignore or delay medical advice because of something you saw here. In an emergency, call 911.

Your information. What you log stays on your iPhone. We don't collect it, and we can't see it or restore it. Our privacy policy explains this in full.

Purchases. The one-time unlock is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple's terms apply to the purchase, including Apple's standard license agreement for apps. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Other services. The app and this site link to services we don't run, such as help lines, food banks and the Open Food Facts database. We aren't responsible for them, and a listing isn't an endorsement.

Our content. The app, its recipes and the writing and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You're welcome to use them for your own family. Please don't copy, resell or republish them.

No guarantees. We work hard to keep Fed Together accurate and useful, but it's provided "as is". We can't promise it will be error-free, always available, or that food and nutrition information is complete or correct.

Limit of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using the app or this site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app, if anything.

Children. Fed Together isn't directed at children under 13.

Changes. If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
