Fed Together

Questions

Is Fed Together medical advice?
No. It's a planner and tracker, not a doctor. Its numbers are estimates. Check with your doctor, OB, midwife, lactation consultant or dietitian. In an emergency, call 911.
Does it work for twins?
Yes. It handles twins and more, older siblings and "pregnant again".
Do I need an account?
No. There's no account and no sign-up, in the app or on this website.
What happens after the baby?
Tap "Baby's here" and the Pregnancy tab becomes the Baby tab. Your targets switch to nursing levels, and foods held back during pregnancy come back. Later you can turn baby tracking off and keep the planner.
Can my partner use it?
The app is built for you, on your phone. Your partner still gets a part: after the birth, the app drafts a text sending them out for your after-baby order. Family Sharing works for the one-time unlock.
What do I need to run it?
An iPhone with iOS 17 or later. Apple Watch activity comes in through Apple Health.
How much does it cost?
The core is free: all logging, every food-safety check, pregnancy tracking, a 7-day planner sample and 200 meals. The full planner, recipes and grocery list are a paid unlock: $19.99 launch price (regularly $29.99), one-time unlock, no subscription.
Is the website free?
Yes. Everything on fedtogether.com is free, with no account and no sign-up.
Is Fed Together a religious app?
No. The app is a food planner and tracker, with no religious content. This website is run by Christians and has a page of encouragement from the Bible. Everyone is welcome here, whatever you believe.
Do I have to be religious to use the site?
No. The help resources are for everyone. Crisis lines and the free directory come first, and faith-based groups are clearly labeled.
Is Fed Together a crisis service?
No. If you need help now, call or text 988, or call or text 1-833-TLC-MAMA (1-833-852-6262). In an emergency, call 911.
Do you endorse the groups on Find Help?
No. We list national services so they're easy to find, and we check them regularly. We don't run them.
